1. 収集するデータ

Tazuna は個人データを「収集」しません。アプリが扱う情報はすべて端末上で生成・保存され、端末の外に送信されることはありません。アプリが端末上で扱う情報は次のとおりです。

2. 利用する端末の機能と許可

次の許可は、該当する機能を初めて使うときに iOS / watchOS が確認します。許可しなくてもアプリの他の機能は使えます。

• ヘルスケア (HealthKit): Apple Watch で騎乗を記録するとき、ワークアウト（乗馬）、心拍数、アクティブエネルギーを読み書きします。ヘルスケアのデータは Apple の規約に従い、広告や第三者への提供に使うことはなく、端末の外に出ることもありません。
• 位置情報: 騎乗の記録中にのみ、Apple Watch の GPS で経路を取得し、地図に表示します。記録していないときは位置情報を取得しません。位置情報が追跡や広告に使われることはありません。
• モーション (CoreMotion): 騎乗中の歩様（常歩・速歩・駈歩）と歩数の推定に使います。
• カメラ・写真ライブラリ: 馬の写真を追加するときだけ使います。写真はアプリ内に保存され、送信されません。

3. 馬のアバター生成と AI プロバイダ 現在オフ

アバターは初期設定では端末内の処理だけで生成され、写真は端末から出ません。将来、設定画面で外部の AI 画像サービスを選択できるようになる場合があります。その場合は次のとおりです。

• 利用は あなたが明示的にオンにしたときのみ です。初期設定ではオフです。
• オンにする前に、送信先のサービス名と、写真がそのサービスへ送られることを画面で確認し、同意を求めます。
• 送られるのは、あなたがアバター生成を選んだ馬の写真だけです。日誌やヘルスケアのデータは送られません。
• いつでも設定からオフに戻せ、生成済みのアバターは端末内に残ります。

この機能が有効になった時点で、本ポリシーと App Store のプライバシー表示を更新します。

4. 第三者への提供・解析・広告

Tazuna は、解析 SDK、広告 SDK、クラッシュレポートサービス、ソーシャル機能を含みません。データを第三者に販売・共有することはありません。

5. データの保存、バックアップ、削除

• データは端末内のデータベースに保存されます。iCloud バックアップや iTunes/Finder のバックアップを有効にしている場合、Apple の仕組みによって端末のバックアップに含まれます。
• Apple Watch で記録した騎乗は、Watch から iPhone へ Apple の WatchConnectivity により直接転送されます。インターネット上のサーバーを経由しません。
• 設定画面の「書き出し」から、あなたの記録を JSON ファイルとして保存できます。
• アプリを削除すると、アプリ内のデータはすべて端末から消去されます。ヘルスケアに書き込んだワークアウトは、ヘルスケア App から個別に削除できます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

Tazuna は年齢を問わず利用できますが、誰からも個人データを収集しないため、13 歳未満のお子様の個人情報を取得することはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

機能の追加（特に第 3 項の AI プロバイダ）に伴って本ポリシーを更新することがあります。変更時はこのページの発効日を更新し、重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。

2. Device features and permissions

iOS and watchOS ask for each permission the first time the related feature is used. Declining a permission leaves the rest of the app usable.

• Health (HealthKit): when you record a ride on Apple Watch, the app reads and writes workouts (equestrian sports), heart rate and active energy. In line with Apple's rules, Health data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties and never leaves your device.
• Location: only while a ride is being recorded, the Apple Watch GPS captures the route so it can be drawn on a map. No location is captured outside a recording, and location is never used for tracking or advertising.
• Motion (CoreMotion): used during a ride to estimate gait (walk, trot, canter) and strides.
• Camera and photo library: used only when you add a photo of a horse. Photos are stored inside the app and are not transmitted.

3. Horse avatars and AI providers Currently off

By default avatars are generated entirely on the device and photos never leave it. In the future, Settings may let you choose an external AI image service. If so:

• It is used only if you explicitly turn it on. It is off by default.
• Before it is turned on, the app shows the name of the service, explains that the photo will be sent to it, and asks for your consent.
• Only the photo of the horse you chose to generate an avatar for is sent. Diary and Health data are never sent.
• You can turn it off at any time in Settings, and the avatars already generated stay on your device.

When this feature becomes available, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated.

4. Third parties, analytics and advertising

Tazuna contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting service and no social features. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. Storage, backups and deletion

• Data is stored in a database on the device. If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, Apple includes it in your device backup as it does for any app.
• Rides recorded on Apple Watch are transferred directly from the Watch to the iPhone with Apple's WatchConnectivity. No internet server is involved.
• Settings has an Export action that saves your records as a JSON file.
• Deleting the app removes all of its data from the device. Workouts written to Health can be deleted separately in the Health app.

6. Children's privacy

Tazuna can be used at any age. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it never obtains personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as features are added, in particular the AI provider described in section 3. The effective date on this page will change, and significant changes will be announced inside the app.
